New Development Planned next to Pronghorn Ranch
The developers of the Village at Wolf Creek have announced the plans for a new development on the north side of Pronghorn Ranch. ‘Mesa Vista’ will eventually consist of 2,743 housing units to be constructed over several phases. The first phase will include 83 single family homes and 516 multi-family units. Mesa Vista will also provide commercial space and designated open areas as seen in many large scale developments. The developers, Bob Honts and Red McCombs, are creating this community to provide housing for the Village at Wolf Creek’s workforce. This development will take place on the old Twin Pines Ranch; plans have yet to be announced for the Flying W Ranch located on the west side of Del Norte.
