December 2005 - How to get here

The Wolf Creek Ski Area is now 100% open. To date they have received 67 inches of snow and will try to match last year’s total of 500 inches.

Our professional photographer, Colleen Black, has taken new pictures of the golf course and surrounding area. Most of these pictures will be posted on the site soon or you can request them directly via email.

If you have clients interested in seeing the property, we suggest flying into nearby Alamosa. From there, our managing director is available to show your clients around to every parcel. His services will not have any effect on your 6% referral fee. Please contact us to arrange a showing.

While the fishing season has slowed for the winter, the hunting season is still in full swing. Mule deer and large bucks have been seen throughout the valley.

Land Properties, Inc. is still planning on developing a new golf community between South Fork and Del Norte. The current site is about 3,000 acres located on the north side of the Rio Grande River.
